Christmas '11

I finally took the boys to see santa 3 days before Christmas in the pouring rain. Don't know what I was thinking. We stood in line for 45 minutes. Just as we got up to the front, Ethan runs under the rope to see Santa while some other kid was sitting with him. I had to crawl under the rope to pull him back. When it was finally our turn both the boys run straight up to Santa with excitement. As you can see that didn't last long with Ethan. As soon as I put him next to him, Ethan lost it. Oh and I apologize for the quality of the picture. They let me take one with my phone, but I had to be quick.
I snuck another quick one. Not great, but still cute. As Noah was trying to think of what he wanted for Christmas, he kept saying umm....and picking his nose. Fabulous!
Helping straighten out the lights to put on the tree.

Ethan's name should be "Linus" (from Charlie Brown). That blanket is never far from him. If you didn't notice the first time, he also had it in the Santa picture.
He looks so grown up in this one. :(
We had 3 different Christmas'. The first one from Noni and Popi on Friday night, then Christmas Eve was Oma and Opa and Christmas Day was Santa presents (ours). Talk about toy overload. Wow!

He was pretty excited about his Cars 2 remote control airplane.

Noah got Wall-E. He loves Wall-E. Ethan calls it Wa-We. :)

Ethan's very own train set. "Uton" as he says which means Chuggington.
Noah's first gaming system. Oh boy!

He loves his doodle pad and chair.
With Noah's guitar and Ethan's new keyboard, I'm sure we'll have lots of concerts.
Opa and Noah figuring out how his new game works.
Nativity scene at the Opryland Hotel was amazing.

Noah sitting in Ethan's chair, playing with Ethan's toy. Go figure!

Snuggling with Oma
Bullseye!

Woody
They're comparing their Spiderman motorcycles.
Another train...Diesel.
I was hoping to get some smiles out of the boys...no such luck.

Christmas with Oma and Opa

Noni and Popi got them a trampoline. AKA good energy burner.

Let the wrestling matches begin.
